Phone calls

If you call us, we may take a note of your name, contact details, and the nature of your enquiry. We do not record calls.

How we store your data

Enquiry data submitted through our website is stored in Airtable (a cloud-based database). Airtable is a US-based service that is GDPR-compliant and processes data under standard contractual clauses.

We retain enquiry data for as long as it is necessary for business purposes — typically up to 3 years for completed jobs, in case of any warranty queries.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share data with:

• Resend — our email service provider, for sending confirmation emails
• Cloudinary — our image hosting provider, for storing photos you attach to enquiries
• Netlify — our website hosting provider, who processes web requests and may store server logs

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data.
