Glass Replacement — Before & After
The sealed unit had failed — condensation trapped between the panes. We replaced the glass unit only. The frame was untouched.
Impact damage to a window pane. New sealed unit ordered and fitted — frame stayed, just the glass changed.
Door Repairs & Installations
Urgent call-out — door glass smashed and needed securing. Attended same day, boarded and arranged replacement glass.
Door wasn't locking properly and had dropped on the hinges. Repaired the lock mechanism and rehung — done in under an hour.
The multipoint lock had seized — door wouldn't lock at multiple points. Mechanism replaced and all locking points tested.
New composite door supplied and fitted, replacing an old uPVC front door. Toughened glass, multipoint locking, Assure Register certified.
Another composite front door — old door removed, new door fitted and finished in a day.
Front door catching on the frame and not latching properly. Hinges adjusted and keep realigned — closes cleanly now.
Window Repairs
Window wouldn't stay open — friction hinge had worn out. Replaced with a matching hinge, window now holds at any angle.
Lock mechanism had failed — window wouldn't secure. Replaced the espagnolette and handle, window now locks properly.
New sealed unit being fitted into an existing uPVC frame using suction cups. Beading refitted and tested for seal.
Impact crack across a double-glazed unit. Measured, ordered, and replaced within a week.
Emergency & Smashed Glass
Toughened patio door glass shattered. Attended promptly, cleared the broken glass, measured and ordered the replacement unit.
Smashed door glass panel. Toughened safety glass ordered and fitted as standard — it's a legal requirement for all door glass.
