- Send us a photo of your front door — we come back to you with the fixed price.
- The price is fixed, so you know it before anyone visits. When you're ready to go ahead, we come and measure up and confirm everything in your written quote.
- Your door is made to measure — usually 3–6 weeks.
- Fitted by our own team — most doors are finished by early afternoon.

How much does a composite front door cost in Bristol?
A composite front door costs a fixed £1,800 + VAT (£2,160 inc VAT), supplied and fitted. It's the same price whichever colour, glass design and handle you choose.
That price covers everything from start to finish: the survey, the door and frame, all the hardware, fitting, taking away your old door, and your Assure Register certificate. No hidden extra costs.
£1,800 covers any regular-sized front door. Side panels, glass above the door and stable doors are priced separately.
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, and we can also take card. Your written quote sets out the payment terms before you agree to anything.
Composite or uPVC — which is right for you?
A uPVC front door costs from £1,500 + VAT, depending on the panel — composite is a fixed £1,800 + VAT for any design you like. Composite feels heavier and more solid. For back doors, a white uPVC door is a fixed £1,300 + VAT and is often the sensible choice. We can talk through both when we come to measure.

Composite front doors and white uPVC back doors are fixed prices. Other prices are a guide, confirmed after we've assessed the job — we'll always agree the price before starting work.
Frequently Asked Questions
- We book the whole day for a door, but most are finished by early afternoon. From deposit to fitting day is usually 3–6 weeks — composite and uPVC doors are made to order. We confirm the fitting date when you accept the quote.
- A composite door has a solid core and a tough GRP (fibreglass) skin that can look like painted timber. It's heavier and feels more solid than a uPVC door, and comes in any colour at the same fixed price. For a front door our composite doors cost about the same as uPVC — £1,800 + VAT (£2,160 inc) fixed — so it's mostly about looks and feel. uPVC is great value for back doors: £1,300 + VAT (£1,560 inc) fixed.
- Not separately. You get an Assure certificate for every install, which shows the work meets building regulations — keep it for when you sell.
